DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Standard Delivery : 3 to 4 working days.

A small oversight or error in your order?

Let us know by message so we can send you a return slip and find a solution!

Don't forget to specify in your message the reference of the order concerned, and to attach a photo of the jewelry received in error.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your jewelry does not suit you:

1. Complete the returns form attached to your order (if you no longer have it: specify the reference of your order in a note attached to your shipment)

2. Place the item and return form in sturdy packaging.

3. Send the package with tracking to LOGTEX Returns and Refunds Department – ​​EMMA PILL –

Please note, jewelry that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

We do not do exchanges.

If you wish to change your jewelry, simply return it to us for a refund and place a new order.

The refund is made within 14 days of registration of your return.

It is made directly to the bank card used for the purchase.

WARRANTY & after-sales service

Emma Pill offers a 3-month warranty covering any manufacturing defect or abnormal wear (by us).
Our customer teams will carry out an assessment of the part after sending photos, then replace it with a gift voucher valid for 6 months on our online store.

PROPOSED REPAIRS

For any small repair, you can also go to the store for an expertise and instant repair if possible: Chain – Clasp – Stone regluing – Ring change.

To benefit from this service, presentation of your proof of purchase is mandatory.

Please note, this guarantee does not cover normal wear, oxidation, jewelry having suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.

If the warranty on your little gem has expired, a paid repair service is only offered in store.
