Characteristics of the products offered:
The products offered appear on the site www.emmapill.com. Each product is accompanied by a description and photographs. The photographs are chosen to be as faithful as possible, but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding the colors. Furthermore, as the jewelry is all handmade by the designer, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photographs.

Any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's claim for damages or cancellation of the order.
